Refund & Cancellation

Scope of Services

Scaling Media provides specialized high-performance digital services including performance marketing management, consultations, ad creative production, media strategy formulation, and retainer-based optimization.

Due to the resource-intensive nature of these campaigns and services, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.

Refund Policy

• All retainer and onboarding payments are non-refundable once campaign setups or operations have actively commenced.
• No refunds will be granted for services already fully delivered, partially delivered, or currently in progress.
• Strategy analysis sessions, commercial creative auditing, strategic consultations, and custom creative work are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable once booked or initiated.

Retainer Cancellations

• Clients may request cancellation of active ongoing performance retainers by providing a written notice at least 15 days in advance of the next scheduled billing cycle.
• Any work, production time, or management services completed up to the official cancellation threshold will remain fully payable.
• Scaling Media reserves the right to terminate campaign operations immediately if a client violates core terms, engages in unethical behaviors, or operates in breach of advertising laws.

Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Scaling Media before the applicable cancellation deadline.

A cancellation will only be considered effective once the request has been acknowledged and processed by Scaling Media.

Work in Progress

Where campaign management, creative production, strategic work, analysis, or other services have already commenced, any applicable fees for completed or partially completed work remain payable.

Cancellation of a service does not automatically reverse work that has already been performed.

Scaling Media may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be published on this page.
