- All marketing models, operational frameworks, ad creatives, strategy templates, and campaign materials provided remain the exclusive intellectual property of Scaling Media, unless stated otherwise in a formal contract.
- You may not replicate, resell, duplicate, or redistribute any of our proprietary content, assets, or media strategies without explicit written authorization.
- Business results, including Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), monthly revenue growth, and CAC reductions, depend heavily on variables like budget, market changes, product market fit, and website optimization. Scaling Media does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes.
- You are fully responsible for granting required ad account permissions and sharing accurate, legitimate brand metrics and creative assets to enable correct campaign operations.
- Scaling Media shall not be held liable for third-party platform interruptions, ad account bans, policy violations, or algorithmic updates on platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Shopify.
- We reserve the absolute right to modify, add, or subtract sections of these terms at any moment without prior public notification. Continued usage constitutes acceptance.
